Eligible refunds
- Within 14 days of purchase: a full refund, for any reason.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges: a full refund at any time.
- Your statutory rights, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK, are always preserved.
How to ask
- Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your order ID if you have it. A reason helps us improve dilcall, but isn’t required.
- We confirm within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Waffo Pancake, our merchant of record, usually within 5–10 business days.
What happens to your license
The refunded license key is revoked and stops working on every Mac. A call in progress is not cut off; dilcall stops when it ends.
Not refundable
- Requests more than 14 days after purchase, except for the cases above.
- Licenses terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
